The History of the E-mail
The E-Mail (Electronic mail) was originated from electronic
messaging using radio technology in the mid-20th century. The first
e-mail networks started using early e-mail technology during the 60’s until the
first ARPANET (early internet) e-mail was sent and received in the early 70’s.
From this first e-mail, many different e-mail networks originated and used
e-mail technology as a form of communication. The 1980’s saw e-mail
communication advance in importance and efficiency as everyday internet users
could have access to e-mail services. The 80’s also saw more e-mail networks
forming and advancing in technology. Today, e-mail is a very popular form of
communication with millions of internet users sending each other e-mails every
day.
